What we inspect

What we inspect: roofs, solar, exteriors, and more.

01

Roofs

Roofs are the most common drone inspection we do. We fly over residential and commercial roofs to document shingles, tiles, membranes, flashing, gutters, skylights, and penetrations. The images give you a current view of wear, storm damage, or debris without walking on the roof. You can share them with a roofer or adjuster.

03

Commercial rooftop solar arrays

Commercial rooftop solar arrays can be checked with a visual and thermal flight. We look for hot cells, soiling, shading, and damaged modules from above. The images show the general condition of the array. This is a first-pass inspection that the owner’s solar contractor can use to plan repairs or maintenance.

04

Building exteriors and facades

Building exteriors and facades are easier to assess with a camera in the air. We document cladding, windows, parapets, water staining, and post-storm damage on multi-story buildings. The photos give you a close view of hard-to-reach areas from the ground and help you decide whether a contractor should take a closer look.

05

Construction sites

Construction sites benefit from regular aerial progress documentation. We fly on a schedule to capture site overviews, material staging, and completed phases from consistent angles. These images help contractors and owners track progress and keep a visual record of the work. We can coordinate flights around active crews and equipment.

06

Towers, signage, and hard-to-reach structures

Towers, signage, and other hard-to-reach structures often require a drone for a safe visual check. We document antennas, rooftop signs, parapet walls, and other elevated features that would otherwise need a lift or a climber. The goal is to give you a clear, current photo record of the condition from every side.

What you receive

The deliverable.

Every inspection includes organized files you can pass along. These aerial inspection services document what the drone saw, not replace a licensed roofer, engineer, or contractor’s written assessment. You get the visual record; your trusted professional makes the call.

  • High-resolution stills organized by area
  • 4K video walk-around
  • Radiometric thermal images with annotations where thermal is included
  • A short written summary of what the pilot observed
  • Same files shareable with your contractor or adjuster

How it works

How we run an inspection.

STEP 01

Call and scope

We talk through the structure, what you need to see, and whether thermal is useful.

STEP 02

Airspace check and permits

We check controlled airspace and obtain authorizations if needed.

STEP 03

Flight

The flight is usually the shortest part of the process. Typical time on site depends on the size and number of structures.

STEP 04

Review and delivery

We review the footage, organize the files, and deliver your package, usually within a few business days.

A drone beats a ladder, lift, or scaffold for a first look because it is faster and safer. We see the top of a building from multiple angles quickly, avoid foot traffic on roof surfaces, and capture repeatable shots that make it easy to compare conditions over time. The result is a photo record that helps you decide what to do next.
