Construction progress orthomosaics and site documentation
An orthomosaic is a single, straight-down image of the entire site, made by stitching hundreds of overlapping overhead photos into one seamless file. SkyeCam captures these on a repeatable flight path, so each visit lines up with the last. The result is a clean, current overview of the whole property, one that is easy to read and simple to share with anyone who needs to see the site.
Project teams use these orthomosaics for weekly or monthly site overviews in owner reports, for laydown and staging planning, and for tracking the progress of different phases across the site. Having one current image of the whole property makes it easy to share status with subcontractors, lenders and neighbors. They pair directly with the progress photos and video SkyeCam already delivers, giving every party a full picture.
